The home is on an oversized lot allowing a yard with a sprinkler system providing a green yard with colorful gardens. There is ample parking available. The three year old home is 11 houses to the beach and is located at the south end of the island right next to Corson's State Park - which offers a bay with kayaking among other activities. The south end of the island is truly its own quiet community within the larger community of Ocean City.
You have the solitude you desire with the amenities you demand. There is an ice cream parlor, Mallon's for sticky buns, Blitz's for groceries, restaurants, bike rental and fishing supplies all available during the summer season. The 55th street grill is open year round.
